Japan Hi-Think Computer Corporation (JHC), registered in Tokyo in May 1999, aims to provide outsourcing services and creative solutions in. JHC often communicates with customers and partners on technical problems and project requirements via a video conference system. There are approximately 60 excellent software engineers working at JHC. The engineers are highly regarded for their abilities in quality management and project  management.

Dalian Hi-Think Computer Technology Corp. Beijing Branch was set up in Feb. 2001. The Beijing Branch is responsible for marketing and sales, including expanding market share, providing customized services, and maintaining and developing partnerships. 

Dalian Hi-Think Computer Technology Co.,Ltd. Jinan Branch was founded in August 2001 as a result of long-term development strategy. Jinan Branch will make best use of domestic resources, further broaden the domestic marketplace and widen overseas software development scale. Jinan Branch was located in 3nd floor, D Section, Innovative Squre, Hi-Tech QiLu Software, with the total area of sq.m. for over 250 developers. Jinan Branch staff has received training from company headquarters in Dalian, Japan and Singapore, has had over 100 software developers nowadays, and is capable of carrying out the software system development projects in finance and public services areas. Besides the development of software, Jinan Branch also develops the Date Input Business which is an important part of DHC strategy of outsourcing development

Dalian Hi-Think Computer Training Center was founded in July, 2003. It established a partnership with Japan’s well known training organization Hitachi System and Service. It aims to provide professional training service in the fields of Japanese language, IT technology and Japanese business culture. It is the first one devoted to Japanese IT certification in China.

The training center is located in the Hi-Tech zone and covers an area of 1,700 square meters. An advanced training environment, first class equipment and professional teachers help us to grow rapidly. In early 2004, it further set up a training branch in Jinan, Shan Dong Province to meet the demand of local training. The target of the training is to not only obtain certification, but also to improve one’s capability and open to a door to successful employment.

Education is an important part in DHC’s future development plan. After setting up DHC Training Center in 2003, in Dec 2004, DHC set up the Education Software Service Co., Ltd together with ASO Education Service Co., AIC Co., Ltd, and JHC.

DHC has also signed the agreement with Dalian University of Communications to establish Institute of Digital Application Technology in a bid to grow international talents. 

The Institute of Digital Application Technology of Dalian University of Communications has good teaching environment, modern facilities, and advanced academic concept. Through cooperative education, DHC is closely connected to university and has been able to combine academic knowledge with hands on experience in IT technology. Now the school has four majors which are software engineering, network engineering, digital art technology, and digital art design. Currently, graduates will obtain college degree. In the future, the Institute will gradually issue bachelor degree and master degree.

DHA was established in June, 1997,with a registered capital of 700 thousand RMB, with 65 employees. DHC holds 78% stock shares. DHC (AnShan) provides the outsourcing services for Japanese company such as developing the Multiple Management Application Software for Japanese customer. DHC (AnShan) also has holds the  ERP application experience. DHA has set up the partnership with AnShan Steal Automatic Company on metallurgy process control, being qualified to provide high-quality service.
