The conference of 2009 Chinese Software Industry Independent Innovation Forum namely “2009 Chinese Software Industry Independent Innovation Report” is opened in Dalian International Expo Plaza on June 19th. After the comprehensive Evaluation of organizing committee, DHC won the Chinese most powerful software innovation award.
It is reported that evaluation of the Chinese most powerful software innovation award and the Chinese most dynamic software innovation award is based on the following terms: the amount of employees who dedicate in development and the proportion of its total number of staff; the sales of new products and the proportion of its total sales revenue; the number of patents that enterprise has applied for and obtained; the number of copyright registration. A total of 10 enterprises take part in the evaluation of each award.
