On September 22nd, Liaoning Provincial Government held the ceremony of “Friendship Award of Liaoning Province” and “Honorary Award of Liaoning Province” grandly at Liaoning Friendship Hotel in order to praise foreign experts who have made outstanding contributions to Economic Development and Social Development of Liaoning Province. The governor of province, Chen Zhenggao and the executive vice governor, Xu Weiguo attended the award ceremony and awarded for the winners. In the ceremony, Kurata Hideki who is a Japanese expert comes from DHC is awarded “Friendship Award of Liaoning Province”, which is a kind of praise and honor for the great contribution he made to Economic Development of Liaoning Province. Besides that, Kurata San is also the winner of “Friendship Award of Dalian Xinghai” in year 2008.
“Friendship Award of Liaoning Province” which is set up in year 2002 is the highest honor of foreign expert given by Liaoning Province. This year, there are 43 foreign experts who come from Germany, Japan, America, France, Russia and Belgium being awarded “Friendship Award of Liaoning Province”.
Chen Zhenggao, the governor of province expressed warmly congratulated on behalf of Liaoning Provincial Party Committee and government. He said that foreign experts had been hardly working in their respective field with their intelligence and wisdom for many years. People will never forget the great contribution they have made to the Reforming and opening policy as well as Modernization of Liaoning Province. Chen Zhenggao interviewed those experts who have won this honor.
