In the afternoon of November 9th, Member of the Politburo of the CPC Central Committee, Chinese Vice-Premier Wang Qishan made an inspection of DHC during the period of his investigation of service outsourcing in Dalian. In NEC Public Systems Development Center, Wang Qishan listened carefully the introduction of company development, service outsourcing business and the description of financial business, which is made by the Company President Liu Jun and the manager of NEC the 4th Development Center Chen Bin respectively. Wang Qishan also inquired about the situation of company in accepting orders, production development and job opportunities and commended achievements which DHC had made.
In the forum of Dalian service outsourcing enterprise which was held at Bangchui Dao Hotel in the morning of November 10th, Wang Qishan listened the DHC’s specify description of company situation and suggestions for the development of IT Industry. He emphasized that there was great potential of service outsourcing industry development in our country. We should understand the situation with the spirit of reform and innovation, and then exert the basic function of market configuration of resource to promote the transformation of foreign trade development mode. In order to promote the coordinated development of domestic and international service outsourcing business, it is necessary for us to cultivate onsite service outsourcing market at the same time while developing offshore service outsourcing.
