On Dec. 30th, DHC successfully bid the Hi-Tech Zone Yingtaogou area, this means that the DHC International Software Park Program formally started. In the afternoon, president Jun Liu representing the company signed the successful bid agreement.
Yingtaogou is located in the eastern part of the Lvshun South road, which is 4.7 kilometers away from the current DHC main building, R&D sites area is about 97 thousands square meters. The first period project will start in the spring of 2010, which includes the main office building, staff cafeteria, underground garage and the guard room, expected within two year deliver to use. The first period project total investment is 0.5 billion Yuan, and it will accommodate about 7000 people.
