DHC Quality Management System is based on customer satisfaction and conforms to goal management and continuous improvement. The company quality policy is "leaders in various levels assuming responsibility, full staff participation, sustained quality improvement, meeting the customer’s demands". The company has been using ISO90001:2000 as a framework and has adopted CMM and Six Sigma to ensure the high quality and good service.

ISO9001




In 1998, DHC passed ISO9001:1994 Quality System Certification and set up a complete quality system. In 2001, DHC revised the quality system according to the ISO9001:2000 version. The company set out the goal of focusing on the customer, emphasizing quality improvement and increasing profitability. The quality philosophy has been deeply rooted in the mind of every employee. The philosophy: “Conforming to the process” and “Continuous Improvement” is implemented in each and every project.

CMM



Based on the successful implementation of ISO9000, DHC started to strengthen the software development process with the international standard SW-CMM in 2002. Software development process management has been further improved through experience gathered through conducting Japanese business in combination with Six Sigma. With instruction and help from the SEI authorized appraiser, DHC was assessed CMM 5 in February 2004.
