The system requirement was developed for Dalian Labor & Employment Training Center and provides the following functionality: Management recruiting, document management, testing and certificates management, and information publishing. It can cover training institutes in counties in Dalian and the adjacent areas. The website is built on client-server architecture. A central database repository stores all of the system data. Access rights provide security authentication to all system users.
